Founded in 1997, Diversified Solutions was conceptualized and formed by entrepreneurs, Mike Lundy and Brian Sol. From a single industrial services client, Diversified Solutions expanded into the financial, manufacturing, technology, agricultural, retail, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries. Today, Diversified Solutions delivers superior telecom cost containment and overcharge recovery services to a broad range of clients nationwide.

Building on a core competency of contract negotiation and audit services, the company headquartered in California’s Silicon Valley, now supports operations on both coasts, and has generated tens of millions of dollars in recoveries and reduced costs for its clients.
